Coverage Details Vehicles Covered New motor vehicles purchased or leased primarily for personal, family, or household use. Repair Attempts Required 4 attempts for the same defect substantially impairing use, value, or safety; OR 1 attempt for a serious safety defect; OR 30 cumulative days out of service. Coverage Period 1 year or first 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Motorcycles Covered No Used Car Coverage No specific used car lemon law; Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act may apply. Remedy Replacement vehicle or full refund (purchase price, taxes, fees, less a mileage allowance).
