Repair Attempts Required 3 attempts for the same defect; OR 1 attempt for a defect likely to cause death or serious injury; OR 30 cumulative days out of service. Coverage Period 1 year or 12,000 miles from original delivery, whichever comes first. Motorcycles Covered No Used Car Coverage No specific used car lemon law; Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act may apply. Remedy Replacement vehicle or full refund (purchase price, taxes, fees, less a mileage allowance).
