To become a RECOMMENDED dealer, you must meet the following requirements:

a. Dealer must be in business at least two years.

b. Dealer must provide 3 recommendation letters sent to you by your satisfied customers.

c. Dealer must have no outstanding unresolved complaints with the BBB, state DMV or State Attorney General's Office.

Dealers pay a one time $150 registration fee to cover the costs of verifying all of the information provided by dealer. (This will include a DMVcheck, a Better Business Bureau and a business background check.) Registration fee is non-refundable in the event that dealer has unresolved complaints with DMV, BBB or State Attorney General's Office. All additional applications will be charged $150 registration fee.

Autopedia reserves the right to withdraw recommended dealer status at its sole discretion. Reasons to revoke the recommended status include but are not limited to:

A. Unresolved customer complaints.

B. Disciplinary actions by State DMV or State Attorney General's Office.
